Situation.
- Unclear about GA4 implementation: They were struggling with the GA4 mechanism and related execution and needed help with knowing how it works.
- Needed GA3/UA to GA4 migration help: They asked for an audit of the existing Google Analytics 3/Universal Analytics account and Google Tag manager setup. Post this, they were looking for a GA3/UA to GA4 migration.

Action.
- We created new events and conversions in GA4 from scratch, set up new GTM tags, and organized them in separate folders for ease of navigation.
- We did an extensive audit of their existing GA3 property and noticed that the events/conversions were not being tracked accurately. A couple of GTM tags were also incorrectly defined.
